My 26th Birthday

When I woke up yesterday I did not realize that it was actually going to be quite hard to be happy. I always enjoy my birthday. I always make sure of it. But yesterday seemed to be a little harder. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that i am a Mom and the more I age the more my son ages. AND I DO NOT LIKE THAT. So, along with being my 26Th Birthday November 14Th. We were also celebrating (trying to celebrate; considering that it is a Monday and all had to work.) our 1 year engagement. As well as the 2 year anniversary of the day our son walked for the first time.

But the day was already scheduled to visit the allergist so that is a story I don't want to repeat, my son is very allergic to all seasons as well as furry purries (cats). 

Well to make it seem like a better day I got him a muffin and his best friend shows up at the muffin shop. 

Then we went shopping with Aunt Katy ( my sister) so I could get a birthday present for myself. 

We had so much fun, and Troy really thought we were funny trying on all of these clothings and accessories.

We seen this when we went to get my 3rd & final Bridesmaid dress Sunday. Need to decide whether we are going to have a Rehearsal Dinner. If so this is the dress I will be wearing. This dress is so much Fun just to look at.

If anyone would like to drop off any extra candy from tonight's big event, we will be sending a shipment to the troops overseas this Wednesday.


We went there this morning and dropped 2 bags of candy. I am so glad all of that sugar is going to some one who is needing it. 


It seems that All month has been Halloween but it was Yesterday, we skipped the door to door and went store to store. Our local malls were handing kids candy. So we know we got the safe stuff. In case you have not already did so, please remember to check the candy and make sure that it is wrapped and safe for the kids to eat. 


Troy went to sleep on our Way home, I brushed his teeth and he was sleeping still wearing his tiger costume.

When Troy was around a year old we taught him a prayer that was simple for him to learn and say. Well he has been praying it at every meal since with no pause. Just says it real fast so he can eat, so tonight before he can take a bite he says the little prayer "...Jesus Name we pray, Amen" and lifts his spoon, I asked him "why do we pray to jesus?" he replies "because..." because why?" I ask being a persistent parent. " because Jesus Loves Me." That is my 'Amen' Way to go God, Do your work in my son:)
